As life science career consultant, I focus on job satisfaction and motivation. It's therefore important for me, that I help you find a job you will thrive in, and not just any job.

Based on research based talent tests I help you understand your strengths, competences, values and interests. Based on this we make a plan together where I'm actively supporting your until you have a signed employment agreement.

I'm a PhD in biotechnology and my specialist area is jobs within the life science industry (biotechnology, biomedicine, biochemistry, bioinformatics, pharma, clinical jobs, MedTech, food, agriculture). Here I have a very strong personal network in both private and public institutions and I have great insight in the many job opportunities the life science industry can offer.

STEP 1: INITIAL EXPLORATORY MEETING

During our first non-binding meeting we can evaluate if theres "good chemistry" between us and you can evaluate if my services and support is relevant to you.

We align expectations regarding your timeline, your bandwith, how to communicate, where/how to meet, time usage etc.

STEP 2: I SEND YOU A QUOTATION + PAYMENT TERMS

Depending on your experience leven, job goals, and your expected job search bandwith my total price is usually between 50-80% of the first monthly salary including pension as outlined in your employment contract (in one or more installments).

For example, if we agree to 60% and your monthly salary is 45.000 DKK + 10% pension then my price will be 29.700 DKK including 25% vat.

STEP 3: TOGETHER, WE MAKE A PLAN THAT WE WORK TOWARDS.

After you accept of my quotation we make a plan together.

My approach is based on positive psychology and strength based leadership.

I therefore always include a strength based talent test as support to map your talents, strengths, competences, values, dreams etc.

This insight I help you translate into a job search strategy and concrete next steps.

Depending on our strategy tailor made services could include recommendations for specific jobs that you might thrive in, introductions to relevant professionals in my personal network, support to help you activate your own network, LinkedIn promotion, review og CV/applications and preparation to job interviews and salary negotiations etc.

I will support you mentally and I'll act as your mentor and sparring partner until you start in your new job.

STEP 4: PAY ONCE YOUR FIRST MONTHLY SALARY HITS YOUR BANK ACCOUNT

Once your first monthly salary has been wired to your bank account, you inform me.

I'll then sent you an invoice based on our agreed terms.
