MASTER-THESIS-MATCHMAKING-EVENING WITHIN BIOINFORMATICS / COMPUTATIONAL BIOLOGY / DATA SCIENCE

EVENT DATE TBD

WHY JOIN?

✅ Your organization has a digitalization strategy which is critical for future competitiveness.
✅ The demand for talents within bioinformatics, computational biology and data science is increasing.
❓ Is your organization taking the necessary steps to attract the in-demand talents needed to deliver on your strategy?

I believe that the key to avoiding talent bottlenecks, is to establish a professional relationship with the in-demand talents - even before they graduate or leave academia. The right types of early engagement will ensure that the talents perceive your organization as an attractive place to work. This way your organization can ensure that it's top-of-mind, when it comes to career choice, and your organization will have a better chance to snap the talents before competitors.

An attractive way to build a professional relationship is through collaboration on a master thesis project.

During this Master-Thesis-Machmaking-Evening companies and students get a chance to explore master thesis project opportunities in a time-efficient manner. Hopefully this event is just the first step in a valuable and long collaboration.
