I'd like to invite you to 1) complete a brief video-interview and 2) complete a talent discovery test personality test (see below).

 

This purpose of the interview and test is for me to get a better better idea about who you are and how I can support you. Consider this an replacement of the old fashioned CV and cover letter.

 

The interview has 3 questions and will only take you a few minutes. I request you to please take it within the next 7 days. It's a good idea to take the interview in a quiet room with good internet connection and good lighting.

The Talent Discovery test can be accessed here. The assessment normally takes 25 minutes and upon completion you will get a mail where you can read a summary of your top 12 cognitive talents.
